By using academy.fortr3ss.io you accept these terms for the training service.
Paid plans are the ones published on the pricing page: Company packs by headcount, in US dollars. Education and the public sector are not sold as the Company plan: they are coordinated in writing. Prices are what you see on that page, not others.
To subscribe or save progress you need an account (Clerk). You are responsible for activity on your account and for invites you send to a team.
Content is for training. Do not use the platform to attack systems, bypass assessments, or share lab keys or answers in a way that breaks learning evidence.
Certificates include a verification code. Completing a course means the lessons and the assessments that course requires.

This text describes how the product works today. A lawyer should review it before you treat it as a final policy or contract. It does not include a legal address or a data processing agreement (DPA) because we do not publish those here.
